DaVinci Resolve
Bring your exported XML into Resolve as a timeline, with your original media available to link.

Keep your source media available. XML carries the timeline structure and media references, not a rendered video or a copy of your recordings.

Format support varies by editor and version. These workflows have not yet been tested with TakeAlign.

Using Final Cut Pro?
Modern Final Cut Pro uses FCPXML, which TakeAlign does not yet export. You’ll need to convert the exported FCP 7 XML first, for example with SendToX. This conversion workflow has not yet been tested with TakeAlign.
